So why not considering making some changes in your fitness routine or begin a fitness routine. Make a commitment today to invest in yourself.

Class Information:

  • Kickboxing + Boxing Classes: Kickboxing + Boxing workouts consist of bag work, kicking and punching drills and conditioning exercises aimed at losing weight and improving muscle-tone and stamina. Kickboxing + Boxing class is for women and men of all fitness levels. Most people who attend their first class have never tried Kickboxing + Boxing before and I personally work with you to make sure you are learning the moves safely and correctly.
  • Boot Camp Classes: Start your day while the rest of the world is sleeping away during the 5:30am Boot Camp class. This one-hour class will get you out of your comfort zone and push yourself to your limits. Men and women of all fitness levels participate in quick interval drills that focus on cardio, strength training and free weights. Most people that attend this class end up staying in this class because trainer, Melissa, keeps the class exciting with new workout routines. There is a 5:45pm weekday Boot Camp class as well if that works better for your schedule.
  • Martial Arts Classes: The martial arts are an excellent way to improve your overall mental and physical conditioning. Workouts consist of aerobic and anaerobic activity aimed at increasing speed, power and endurance. Unlike conventional workouts, martial arts allow you to develop a mental and physical skill set that will benefit all areas of your life. Training results in improved:

Flexibility • Strength • Stamina • Endurance • Coordination
Muscle - Tone • Mental & Physical Conditioning • Self-Defense Capabilities
