Have you been wondering what a Boot Camp workout is like at TMA Fitness and want to know more? Whether you are in great shape or haven’t worked out in years Boot Camp class is a great way to get the results you are looking for. Boot Camp Trainer Melissa has 30 years of experience and makes sure that no two classes are the same! Each class is one hour long and carefully planned so that you get a total body workout. All major muscle groups are pushed to the limit. Our Boot Camps are held in our professional martial arts and kickboxing studio packed with the latest training gear. Classes utilize a full range of strength training equipment including free weights, stability balls, bands and conditioning equipment. In addition to what you normally find in a gym, we have full range of kickboxing and boxing equipment. It's no secret that professional martial artists are in superior shape. You will be working out with the same equipment including punching bags, kicking shields, medicine balls and an assortment of agility and speed training equipment. Melissa also makes sure you are safely doing each routine properly in order to keep you from straining a muscle or hurting yourself. You’ll see results in Boot Camp class but we must warn you… most people who take this class love the results so much they keep coming back for more!
Boot Camp classes are offered in the morning or evening. The benefit of attending a morning session is that you’ll complete your workout before your day even begins. It’s a nice feeling to start a day off on a fitness high!
Our next session begins September 6th and the morning session is 3-weeks long on Mon/Wed/Fri from 5:30-6:30am. The evening session is from 5:45-6:45pm on Mon & Wed. and lasts the entire month. You can enroll online by clicking here.
