Traditional Martial Arts & Fitness is conveniently located in downtown Overland Park, Kansas at the intersection of 83rd Street and Santa Fe.  Our martial arts and fitness studio serves the greater Johnson County and Kansas City, Missouri areas.  We are located one major intersection west of 83rd and Metcalf.  Our studio is easily accessible from major highways, as we are about 5 minutes directly north of I-435 and Metcalf and 5 minutes directly east of I-35 and 87th Street.
