5-Week Fitness Challenge

The TMAFtiness 5-Week Fitness challenge is a fun, rewarding, supportive and challenging program open to all fitness levels. Whether you wan to lose a few pounds, maintain a high level of fitness or do something fun and exciting, this is the challenge for you. Fitness classes will run 7 days per week throughout the challenge, with both morning and evening options. In addition, "home fitness challenge" workouts will be sent out weekly.
